The Branchville Church is pleased to announce their partnership with Angel Food Ministries to offer residents of Branchville, Odenville, Moody, Springville, Pell City, and the surrounding areas a monthly menu of food items for a great price.
What is Angel Food?
We are excited about our new outreach program called Angel Food Ministries. This ministry allows anyone to purchase boxes of food at just over half of grocery store prices. Angel Food's groceries are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $30 per unit. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $50-$75.
Generally, one unit of food feeds a family of four for about one week or a single senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality one would purchase at a grocery store. There are no second-hand items, no damaged or out-dated goods, no dented cans without labels, no day-old breads and no produce that is almost too ripe.

Also offered are specialty boxes such as steaks, chicken and pork. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of units or bonus foods an individual can purchase, however you must purchase a $30 unit before you can purchase any bonus foods.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone can participate. There are no restrictions, no applications, no income requirements. We accept Food Stamps (EBT), Checks, and Cash
Ministry Opportunity:
If you have a servant's heart and would like to volunteer once a month to unpack the food from the truck, repack the food in individual bags and help carry the boxes of food to cars, we have a spot for you on our volunteer team. It is hands on, rewarding, and only requires a few hours on one Saturday per month.
